Next week is Thanksgiving!
Christmas is just over a month away!
….1, 2, 3….big deep breath!!! You’ve got this!!
The holidays always arrive quicker than I’m ready for them. With my day job, this is my busy season and I am working overtime just preparing for Black Friday & Cyber Monday. I barely have time to relax, sip hot cocoa, or do any early Christmas shopping for the family. I’m hoping to change some of this next week by working late nights and overtime to get the big projects for work done by this weekend. (If you know me in real life, you know this will never happen…I’ll be working on Thanksgiving Day!)
Westfield Mall is there to help you with your holiday stress and I have a $100 Westfield Mall Shopping Spree to giveaway to one of my local readers.
If you don’t know what you’re shopping for, visit the Westfield Holiday Gift Guide to help you with your shopping list. This will help you make the most of your trip to the mall and maybe give you some fun gift ideas you wouldn’t have thought about. (I’m pretty sure Bailey would love a pair of Pokemon Slippers from Journeys.) I always have a hard time shopping for my husband, but I’m sure I could find something for him at Brookstone.
Since we don’t make it to the mall very often, I’ve downloaded the Westfield app for maps of stores, special coupons and events going on this month. Yes, I’m “that” lady who walks around the mall 3 times trying to find the store I’m looking for. The app should help me be a little more efficient.
Want to know something super cool about Westfield Malls? Between Nov 20-27th they have a team of Merry Makers decked out in holiday plaid and they have surprises for shoppers!! They will randomly buy gifts for guests, surprise them with candy or coffee, and carry your packages for you. They may even sing and dance for you to get you into the holiday spirit. I could use a little holiday cheer right about now!
Don’t forget about Santa!!! Santa has already arrived at Westfield and ready to meet with your family. They have special events going on over the next few weeks if you plan on bringing the family to the mall with you. Be sure to check their website for a full list of Westfield Holiday Events, you can even get a Fast Pass to see Santa.
Most importantly, shopping at Westfield this season will help support the local economy. I know it’s sooooooo easy to get online and have your Christmas gifts sent to your home, but when you shop local you make a huge impact on the local economy. You’re stimulating the job market and keeping the doors open at your favorite stores.

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Westfield and I get to go on my own shopping spree at Westfield Countryside this weekend! I’m really excited to slip away from the kids for a few hours and attempt to mark a few things off my shopping list.

I have asked Santa for a Virtual Reality system. Real reality is far to depressing/infuriating right now.
