Lovable Labels

Lovable Labels Camp Pack

It’s hard to believe that it’s already time to start thinking about Summer Camp for my son.  Since I work full-time we are always looking for something fun for him to do during the days besides staying at home and watching TV all day.  My parents usually take the kids for a few weeks on vacation but when he’s home with us there isn’t a lot of exciting things to do all day.  Our neighborhood doesn’t really have a ton of kids to play with either so sending the outside to play isn’t really exciting either.

We’ve sent him to a summer camp at a local church for the past 2 years and he’s really enjoyed it.  They have one week of VBS and the rest of the summer they plan lots of outings and excursions for the kids.  They go to the local YMCA pool, the aquarium, the zoo, a ballgame, and even a pirate cruise.  In addition to the church camp we’ve decided to enroll him into a baseball camp for a few weeks too.  It taught by the coach of the local high school team so it should be a great opportunity for him to learn some serious skills.

But here’s a challenge we’ve had each year with camp – or even when we send them with the grandparents – they loose stuff! Last summer my son lost his bathing suit at the Y, one trip my daughter came back with one shoe, and who knows what else they’ve lost along the way.  Aside from trying to teach kids to be more responsible what else can we do to ensure that their belongings come back with them?

Don’t Lose it – Label it! (TM) is the tagline of Lovable Labels!! Lovable Labels was founded by a mom with the same problem.  She created a line of labels that are absolutely adorable.  Not only are they adorable but they are waterproof, dishwasher and microwave safe, washer and dryer safe, sun safe, bleach safe, sunscreen safe, and temperature safe!  The multipurpose labels can be applied almost anywhere including on sippy cups, lunch boxes, back packs, clothing, shoes, blankets, and stuffed animals.

Their Camp Packs include over 150 personalized labels ready to label everything that your child will leave the house with this summer.  Camp Packs include sticker labels, slimline labels, shoe labels, clothing dots, metal name tags (like dog tags), and larger square labels.  Lovable Labels was kind enough to send me one Camp Pack for my kids – I decided to get one for my daughter since she goes to day care each day.  I’ve started to label everything of hers.  Her sippy cups were the first to label because you can never tell who’s cup belongs to who.  Next up was her blankets and stuffed animals that go with her to school.  Finally I started to label her spare clothes and shoes that she keeps in her cubby at school for accidents.  I was so impressed with how well the clothing labels washed up in the laundry.

I guess I need to go buy a second kit for my son now so he won’t loose his bathing suit and baseball gear this summer!   While the little princess got the Diva Pack, I think he’ll like the Sporty Camp Pack the best.  Order the labels was super easy too.  You simply select the labels (or pack) that you want, choose an icon and color, then enter the name as you want it to appear on the labels.  It’s that easy!

Buy It: The Lovable Labels Camp Pack are only $44.95 and are available in a variety of colors and themes.  In addition, you can buy individual label packs if you’re looking for something specific.

Win It: I have one Lovable Labels Camp Pack for one of my lucky readers.  To enter visit Lovable Labels and tell me which label pack would help you and your family keep track of your belongings.  Leave a comment below with your entry.

I use Loveable Labels for my son on anything he brings to Mother’s Day Out! We are required to label everything and they work GREAT. I especially love the no-sew stickers.

I would love to win a Starter Pack for my daughter for when she goes to Mother’s Day Out in the fall!
