Looove the neti pot. I don't get allergies at all anymore. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't clear up your present allergy attack – I have found that for me it is more preventative than curative. If I make sure I do it every night before bed, I never get the allergies. But if I have a common cold it often can't break through the congestion.
I just got the squirt bottle kind– I wonder if the pot is better? I'm still getting used to the sensation of cleaning out my sinuses, but they have been so bad this pregnancy– good luck I hope it helps!
