Last Minute Gift Ideas for Toddlers and Kids

Last Minute Gift Ides for Kids

Are you looking for one more gift for your toddler or small child?  Looking for a cute stocking stuffer?  Here are a few items that my kids (or I) would love to unwrap on Christmas morning.

  1. iPieces Air Hockey – I found this several months ago while attending the BlogHer conference.  You download an app on your iPhone or iPad to use with these game pieces.  It instantly turns your iPad into an air hockey rink!  Kids and adults will love this game.  I just wish it had a small carrying bag so I wouldn’t lose the pieces.
  2. Handstand Kids Cookbook Kits – If you have a young child who likes to help out in the kitchen this would be a fun gift to add for them.  In addition to the cookbook the kit also includes some kid sized kitchen tools.  Both my son and daughter would love one of these.
  3. Jellystone Designs Owl Pendant – Do you have an owl fan in your family?  Kids and adults will enjoy this adorable pendant.  Moms can use it for teething babies.  Older kids will enjoy showing off their love of owls.
  4. Tom’s of Maine Natural Toothbrush (yes, I would add one of these in their stocking!) – Made from plant based materials and can be recycled through a partnership with TerraCycle.  After all that junk food they’ll be eating around Christmas they could probably use a new toothbrush.
  5. aden+anais Bamboo Swaddle Blankets – Both of my kids are blanket hoarders.  I think they have 20+ blankets each.  They snuggle with them at bedtime and wear them as capes during the day.  The new bamboo collection by aden+anais is a light weight blanket that is so super soft you may want to steal it for yourself.  Shhh…I won’t tell!
  6. Diary of a Wimpy Kid 7: The Third Wheel – The newest book in the series.  My son actually got this book last night from a friend of his as a Christmas present and was done reading it before he went to school this morning.  I don’t know a little boy who doesn’t love the Wimpy Kid series.
