Toilet Paper Roll Scarf Organization #freefromtrash

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to have new content delivered to your inbox! I hope to see you on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I have a lot of information on rock painting and cloth diapers in my archives if you're interested! Thanks for visiting!

ScarvesThis is how I store my scarves on a good day (when my closet is nice and organized).  By the end of the week they are barely hanging on to that hanger or worse…laying on the floor!

Today’s upcycled crafting challenge was to find a use for toilet paper rolls.  There are hundreds of cute craft projects that you can use TP rolls for but I wasn’t feel very crafty today.  As I sat here looking at my closet I knew exactly how I would use the TP rolls….

…to organize my scarves!

Behold, a way to keep your scarves ON the hanger!

Scarf Organization

#Freefromtrash Upcycled Crafting ChallengeThis post is part of the Upcycled Crafting Challenge (#freefromtrash) that I’m hosting this month.  It’s part of a one month challenge to create from trash.  This challenge will hopefully open your eyes to the number of items that we still end up trashing every day that could be used by ourselves or our kids to create fun and useful items.

1 week ago by backtocalley Today was a pretty special day! My parents and my Aunt & Uncle renewed their vows after almost 50 years as husband and wife. The church does a renewal ceremony each year and they did an amazing job celebrating these guys, complete with cake and a reception. How many times do we get to see our parents get married and profess their love for each other?! 50 years (in June) came with a lot of love, laughter, tears, sadness, and happiness but the way they looked at each other in the eyes and the way they teared up during their

The floats were amazing and made you feel like you were at the real Mardi Gras (that was much cleaner and more family friendly). They even had beads!! Not big fancy beads, but the kids won’t know the difference! Photos taken on iPhone 8+ and edited with tips from  @babyrabies   #babyrabiespictureplay  ebook! 1 day ago by backtocalley We only spent half a day at Universal this weekend but we saw a lot of new things that we haven’t done yet. We also sat in the prime spot waiting for the Mardi Gras parade for over an hour which gave me plenty of time to edit some photos. I know many of you have heard me talk about the  @babyrabies  Picture Play ebook before and I’m not done shouting my praises!! While I sat there I learned a little more about the brushes feature in Snapseed and WOW!!! This ebook is still teaching me so much! And as
