Wordless Wednesday – The Oil Spill

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to have new content delivered to your inbox! I hope to see you on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I have a lot of information on rock painting and cloth diapers in my archives if you're interested! Thanks for visiting!

Nice to see you again! Hope you're having a fabulous day! Can I help you with anything? Contact Me!

Explanation – Sunday after church my son gives me his art project from Sunday School.  He then explained to me that the blue pipe cleaners represent water and the brown represents oil from the spill.  He’s SEVEN years old – and THIS is what he thinks about!  It makes me sad that he has to think about oil spills and environmental damage – but that’s the world we live in.

Its GREAT that he is thinking about the oil spill. This IS the world we live in and he is growing up aware of how delicate our ecosystems are. Good for him!

Oh that breaks my heart!! I have a hard time watching/reading anything about the spill because it's just too big for me to handle. There are moments in each generation that are imprinted with indelible ink…sadly, sounds like this will be for him 🙁
