So I’m finally to the half way point in my pregnancy and I’ve decided to start researching baby products.  With my first child I wasn’t as educated on the enivornmental issues as I am today.  I guess I was in the beginning stages of my journey.  Now that I’m here there are dome things I pledge to do differently with this child.  Below are some of the changes that I’m going to make:

1.  I’m going to try to use cloth diapers.  There are so many different types out there so I have a lot to consider before choosing they type of cloth diaper.
2.  Natural cleaners and baby products.  From soaps to diaper oinments I want to use the most natural products that I can find.
3.  Natural crib sheets, blankets, towels, etc.  Whether it’s organic cotton or bamboo I want to use as little chemicals as possible.

I nursed my first child and plan to do the same with this child so that’s about as natural as it gets.  Also when my first child was old enough for solid foods I made much of what he ate from fresh food.  It was actually very easy to make fresh veggies and fruits and it actually encouraged me to try new things.  I fell in love with avocados thanks to my son.

I need everyones help out there.  If you are a mom and have a product that you loved I want to hear about it.  If you are a company who has environmentally friendly baby products I would love to try some samples.  If you have a website that offers environmentally friendly baby products I want to see what you have to offer.  I’m excited to see the new baby products that are out there and even more excited to try them in January when this baby arrives.
